These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Number Two mobile application ("App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of Service

Number Two is a gut health tracking application that allows you to log bowel movements, track patterns, and view health statistics. The App is designed for personal wellness tracking and is not a medical device or diagnostic tool.

2. Health Disclaimer

The App does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. AI-generated insights and statistics are for informational purposes only. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical concerns. Do not delay seeking medical advice because of information provided by the App.

3. Subscriptions & Auto-Renewal

Number Two offers an optional auto-renewable subscription ("Number Two Pro") with the following terms:

• Plans: Monthly ($3.99/month) and Annual ($29.99/year). Prices may vary by region and are displayed in your local currency at the time of purchase.
• Free Trial: New subscribers receive a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually) unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Billing: Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price.
• Cancellation: You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time through your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Free Trial Conversion: If you do not cancel before the free trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription.

4. Account & Data

The App is local-first - your data is stored on your device by default. Optional cloud sync requires authentication (Apple, Google, or email sign-in). You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You can delete your cloud data at any time through the App's Settings.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's services or servers
• Use the leaderboard feature to post offensive or inappropriate content

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, graphics, and content, is owned by Number Two and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Number Two shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
